Kuttor to stay strong, Grzelak believes every win is a success.
Fehérvár FC won 2-0 against Mezőkövesd with late goals. The two head coaches gave their thoughts on the match to M4Sport.
Kuttor Attila: „We played excellently and I think we should have won the match. We can’t understand what happened at the end because in the previous match there was a similar situation that wasn’t considered a handball. But this time it was called a penalty. We don’t know what to rely on or what the solution is. Hopefully, we will get these calls back from football someday. We are the only team that hasn’t scored a penalty this season, and these things happen against us. I don’t think we deserved it this time. This is when we need to stay strong, and I believe fate will repay us.”
Bartosz Grzelak: „Overall, we didn’t play too well today, but luck was on our side. We worked hard defensively to avoid conceding goals, and it paid off. Mezőkövesd made it very difficult for us, but we fought hard and stayed mentally strong. Their attacking play was impressive, and they had some great individual performances, but our defense stood up well. We played well many times, but the points didn’t come. If we can still win even when the game isn’t going so well, that’s the real success.”
